Once logged in to your Seller Central account, head over to this link  https://sellercentral.amazon.com/brand-tailored-promotions/ or go to Advertising -> Brand Tailored Promotion. 

You might see a “Coming Soon” message when accessing this page. This is because Amazon is gradually rolling out this new feature and will soon add all US-eligible brands.

How to Create A Tailored Promotion?

Once you are in the Brand Tailored Promotions dashboard:

  1. Select your brand (if you have more than one registered brand) and click “Create a tailored promotion.”

    2. Select the audience you want to target. Click “Next.”

  • The promotion Name is only visible to the seller.
  • The percent discount must be 10-50%.
  • The budget for the promotion represents the maximum amount that can be spent on discounts or offers for customers.
  • The start date should be a minimum of 24 hours in the future.
  • Brand Tailored Promotions apply to the entire brand catalog for one redemption per customer. Soon, you’ll have the option to select specific ASINs for tailored promotions. 
  • These promotions will automatically display on the detail page by default.
  • Approved promotions will be visible to the target audience.

How Do Customers See the Promotion?

The eligible shopper can see a ‘Follower promo’ or ‘Exclusive promo’ green badge on the search, promotion shopping, and search pages.

Why am I unable to view the Tailored Promotion on the product detail page, even after submitting it?

Tailored promotions are exclusively displayed to the customers for whom the promotion is tailored. If you don’t see the tailored promotion on the detail page, it could be due to the following reasons:

 

  • You might not belong to the selected audience.
  • There is probably another ongoing promotion whose value is higher than the tailored promotion for that particular ASIN
  • The selected item is possibly not the Featured Offer.
